How long does shipping take? 

- Shipping takes around 4-5 business days. Please keep in mind that all of our items are CUSTOM MADE by ORDER, this will take around 2-3 weeks. So total including the customizing process & shipping time will be roughly around 3-4 weeks. 

Do you guys offer any discounts or SALES?

- YES, we do. We give discounts to returning clients as we will provide a discount code. Also all of our items are FREE SHIPPING & TAX FREE. 

What if there is an item I don't see on the website, can you guys custom make it? 

- Absolutely, please visit our contact page & send us photos. Please feel free to visit our Instagram page to find items. 

How long will I be provided with the tracking information? 

- We will provide the tracking information right after the item has been completed.
